You Are Not Alone: Finding Strength in Life’s Hardest Seasons!

Why I Started This Blog

There comes a time in life when you look around and wonder—where do I fit? Who am I beyond the sacrifices I’ve made, beyond the roles I’ve taken on?

This space is for women like me—women who feel alone in the struggles of military life, marriage, motherhood, and the weight of past and present trauma. Maybe you’ve given up a career to support your husband’s military service and raise your children, and now you wonder if you lost yourself along the way. Maybe you're searching for your purpose, feeling like you exist but don’t truly belong anywhere. Maybe you carry childhood wounds or pain from experiences as an adult, and it still lingers.

Or maybe, you're a military spouse moving constantly, trying to build a home while starting over again and again. Maybe you're homeschooling because the school system doesn’t support your child’s needs—navigating ADHD, ODD, autism, and fighting for the accommodations they deserve but never receive.

Whatever your story, you are not alone.

Not only am I here to walk alongside you, but you have a mighty God who sees you, loves you, and has a purpose for your life. He has carried me through uncertainty, through heartbreak, through seasons where I questioned everything—and He will carry you too. You were created intentionally, for a reason, and no matter how lost or weary you feel, God has not abandoned you.

This blog is my heart—my way of showing up for you, of sharing the hard truths, the messy realities, and the faith that keeps me steady. It’s a place of encouragement, raw conversations, and reminders that even in the hardest seasons, there is hope.

So if you’ve ever felt unseen, overwhelmed, or just exhausted from carrying it all—this space is for you. We’re in this together, and most importantly, God is with us.
